Simple but good

1 Mango
3 green onions
Half Lime (Just juice)
Salt and Pepper

Slice or dice mango and onions. Put in bowl. Squeeze lime juice over. Dash salt and pepper. Was good eating by itself or put on coconut crusted shrimp. Sooooo good and EASY.

Tonight I was looking down at my pork chops saying i really dont want these.

I had three boneless porkchops. Cut off fat. put in between parchment paper and hit with mallet till tender. Slice into thin slices almost like bacon. Fry in pan, add honey garlic sauce. I know I cheated and used the stuff out of the jar, but I have a good recipe I will add tomorrow Sweet and Spicy that would work with this ten times better.
